We build the site to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, the standard most websites are measured against.

Large body text, with lines kept to a comfortable reading length.
Text and buttons with strong contrast, in both the light and dark versions of the site.
Everything works with a keyboard, and you can see where you are as you move through the page.
Every job photo has a written description.
The site works without JavaScript, and animation is kept to a minimum and turned off if your device asks for less motion.
The quote form labels every field and says which ones are required.
